8:30 am - Meet at Amador Band room.
The back gate of the school will be open if you want to drive in
8:30 - 9:15 am - Pack Trailers- Parents/Kids
9:15- 10:15 am -Transport
10:15am - Arrive
11:00am - Down Beat!!
1:15pm - eat/change/full run
2:15pm - travel to gate
3:00pm - SHOW!!!!
3:30 - load trailer
4:00 pm - Depart for home
5:00 - 5:30 pm - Unload - All
