Mr. Grantham and I had requested afternoon times for our jazz bands. They
gave us a warm-up time for the B Band at 8:30 AM. We wrote them and told
them that the B Jazz Band time was unacceptable to us. They wrote back
and said that they had canceled our B Jazz Band and had inserted a band on
the waiting list. Our following correspondences were not pleasant.
We apologize for this unfortunate set of circumstances.
