Carl & Marilyn Palowitch

All That's Jazz! On October 30, at 7:00 pm, location TBD (at AVHS) - This is a meeting to introduce the 33rd Annual Campana Jazz Festival, which will be held on February 9, 2008 at AVHS. The Campana Festival is a highlight of our jazz season, as well as one of the premier musical events sponsored by the Amador Friends of Music.

If you are a Parent of a Jazz A or Jazz B student, please plan to attend. All AFM parents are invited and welcome. Each year, we depend on the commitment of all jazz band parents, and many other AFM volunteers, to plan and host one of the best educational jazz festivals in the bay area. We need you more than ever this year, when Campana will add a third venue and new divisions in HS-AA, Combo and Vocal Exhibition. This will be a very exciting year and we hope you join us for the fun.

More details to follow - but for now, pencil us in - Tuesday, October 30. 2007, 7:00 pm, AVHS (location TBD). Following the meeting, we'll all head out to cheer at the Marching Band run-through!
