Spring Awards Night is near!

Please plan on attending the annual Spring Awards in the AVHS Multi-Purpose Room
on Monday, June 5 at 7:00 p.m. Each and every band student is recognized for their
contributions this year. There is no charge and dress is semi-formal.

Missing!
DVD of WBA prelims and finals from this fall. These DVD's were loaned out and have not
been returned. If you have these items please send them in as soon as possible! Thank you.


Last Chance To Submit Expenses – Paulette Callahan

It is time to be closing our books on this year’s expenses, so please submit any expenses for the Magic of Music, as well as any other expenses for the band year, before June 9th. After the 9th it will be considered a donation of services and goods. We need to close out the fiscal year for tax declaration before
we begin the next one...thanks so much!
