*** Hello Amador Parents from the Grubmasters Sainaz Dana & Janice Maurer
We are in need of some special individuals to help with the prep and clean up work for grubmaster duties. We need 3 helpers (non-senior parents only) who can assist in setting up this wonderful meal from 1:00 to 2:00 pm on Saturday. Dinner will be served at 2:30 pm.
We then need 3 other helpers (non-senior parents) to assist in clean up after the meal from 3:30 to 4:00 pm.
Please note that the band students will pay $5 for this special meal (the theme is a secret) and parents are to pay $10. If parents are planning to attend Saturday night's dinner event, please email Janice Maurer so that we may plan accordingly.
On Sunday, our wonderful bus drivers will be providing a pizza lunch for the kids. If parents would like to join the kids and have some tasty pizza, please bring $5.
We also need any parents who are driving their own vehicles, SUV, truck or Minivan, who have extra room to transport supplies. If you are driving down and would like to help us out, please email me at jmaurerca@aol.com and we will coordinate these efforts.
We appreciate your support for our wonderful band!!

*** Traffic Alert (When picking up students after return from LA) Trish Moosbrugger
Parents, please use caution in the parking lot around the buses, luggage and instruments. Park your car in the aisles nearest to Santa Rita Rd and come out to cheer the students on arrival. No doubt about it, the RAs are exhausted by this point, and we need assistance from every family to unload luggage and equipment, and move supplies to the band room. Thanks. Hotel Room Needed! Air quality in the LA area will most likely be poor. Students with asthma: Be sure to bring (and carry) your inhaler into the stadium and when in uniform. When in uniform, use the inside jacket pocket to hold your inhaler for immediate use. Always let an RA know if you are not feeling well at any time during the trip.
