What is Scrip? Scrip is
an easy and lucrative way to earn money for your student's band account
to help defray registration costs and other band expenses. You are only
spending the same amount of money at stores you would shop at anyway! Scrip is
just like a gift certificate that can be spent at participating local
and nationwide merchants. AFM purchases scrip at a discount and shares
that rebate with you. How Does it Work? Place
your order directly
online at ShopWithScrip.com
. You’ll always have the most recent
information and new merchant availability right at your fingertips! It is easy –once you are initially set up,
you’ll just need your email & password thereafter. Initial Setup: 1.

All scrip
orders are
prepaid, so a check (payable to AFM) must be received by the order
deadline
before your order can be processed. You can place an order anytime - but we process orders just twice a month, generally the first and third Fridays; check the AFM Calendar for the exact dates. Usually, all scrip orders are processed and ready for pick up by the following Thursday. How is the Fundraiser Split? The
typical split for all
rebates is 75% to the student and 25% to AFM. AFM covers all the
shipping and
handling. However, the tradition has
been to rebate 100% to the student for orders placed in November. For questions or problems, email Scrip Coordinator Cherie Stueve. |
